西部地区农村义务教育新课改的实施状况直接影响到全国义务教育课程改革的进程。而当前西部地区农村义务教育新课改中存在着观念陈旧、师资薄弱、经费不足、课程脱离实际、考评机制滞后等问题,这些已成为新课改的瓶颈。因此,应加大宣传力度,转变观念;加强教师队伍建设,提升教师素质;加大经费投入,建立适合西部地区的投资管理体制;改革课程设置,开发适合的校本课程;建立合适的考评机制,这些是突破现有瓶颈的有效路径。
The implementation of the new curriculum reform in rural compulsory education in the western region has a direct impact on the progress of the nationwide compulsory education curriculum reform. However, in the new curriculum reform of rural compulsory education in the western region, there are some problems such as obsolete ideas, weak teachers, insufficient funds, the curriculum being out of practice and the lack of evaluation mechanism, which have become the bottleneck of the new curriculum reform. Therefore, publicity should be stepped up and ideas should be changed; the construction of teachers should be strengthened and the quality of teachers should be improved; investment should be increased; the investment management system suitable for the western region should be established; the curriculum should be set up and a suitable school-based curriculum should be developed; These are valid paths to breaking the existing bottlenecks.
