美国心理学家本杰明·布卢姆经过研究发现,影响学生学习效果的变量主要有三个:学生掌握新的学习任务所需要的基础知识和技能的程度;学生形成动机(或能激发出动机)以便参与学习过程的程度;教师教学适合于学生的程度。我国的中小学教学改革,应该注意借鉴布卢姆学习变量说的有益思想,不断改进中小学教育教学工作,提高教学质量。
American psychologist Benjamin Bloom has found that there are three main variables that affect the learning outcomes of students: the extent to which students acquire the basic knowledge and skills required for new learning tasks; and the students form motivation (or motivate them) The extent of participation in the learning process; the extent to which teacher teaching is appropriate for the student. The reform of primary and middle schools in our country should pay attention to drawing lessons from Bloom’s useful variables in the study of variables and constantly improve the teaching of primary and secondary education so as to improve the teaching quality.
