为了在分子水平上揭示河北省苹果树腐烂病病菌的群体遗传多样性,并探讨其与地理来源的关系,为利用寄主抗性克服苹果树腐烂病的研究奠定基础,河北农业大学植物保护学院研究人员应用5条随机引物对采自河北省张家口、石家庄、邢台、廊坊、衡水、秦皇岛、唐山、沧州和保定9个苹果产区的、具有代表性的44个苹果树腐烂病病菌分离株的DNA进行了RAPD分析。试验结果表明:这些分离株共产生了89条谱带,并且均为多态性条带,多态性位点率为100%;应用NTSYS2.1软件
In order to reveal the population genetic diversity of apple tree rot pathogen in Hebei Province at the molecular level and to explore its relationship with geographical origin, to lay the foundation for the use of host resistance to overcome apple tree rot disease research, Plant Protection College of Hebei Agricultural University Five random primers were used to characterize the DNA of 44 apple tree rot pathogens isolated from 9 apple producing areas in Zhangjiakou, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Langfang, Hengshui, Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Cangzhou and Baoding in Hebei Province.
