山东金岭铁矿召口矿区的主井是一个直径6米,深284.7米的竖井,采用14根钢丝绳罐道,其中箕斗的8根,罐笼的4根,平衡锤2根规格均为φ34毫米,6×19=114右拈。若采用重锤拉紧装置,每根按4.5吨计算,须用钢铁63吨。我们创造了利用矿井高差的自然水力压头的拉紧装置,省掉了一般重锤拉紧装置所需的大量金属消耗。通过一年多的使用证明,该装置压力稳定,工作可靠。
The main shaft of Jinling mine in Shandong Jinling mine area is a vertical shaft with a diameter of 6m and a depth of 284.7m.
