本文提出柴油机扭振自振频率调整计算的新方法,应用最优化设计理论和技术,能迅速地、准确地、自动地调整系统的自振频率,并获得预期最佳结果,从而可以避免在柴油机转速范围内的强烈共振,改善系统的扭振特性。本方法将不再依赖经验,并能大幅度减少调频计算时间,缩短了柴油机的设计周期。这个方法适用于任何类型的柴油机以及所有类型的扭振系统的调频计算。计算的自变量数目不受任何限制。作者已将该方法编制成计算机程序,可供实际设计使用。
In this paper, a new method to calculate the natural frequency of torsional vibration of diesel engine is proposed. By applying the theory and technology of optimal design, the natural frequency of the system can be adjusted quickly and accurately and the expected optimal result can be obtained, Strong resonance in the speed range to improve the torsional vibration characteristics of the system. This method will no longer rely on experience, and can significantly reduce the FM calculation time and shorten the design cycle of diesel engine. This method is suitable for FM calculations of any type of diesel engine and all types of torsional vibration systems. The number of arguments calculated is not subject to any restrictions. The author has compiled this method into a computer program that can be used for practical design.
