目的掌握南宁市有地域特点的食品卫生现状,为保障食品安全提供科学依据。方法对2004~2008年南宁市地域食品的监测资料进行统计及描述性分析。结果2004~2008年南宁市地域食品的卫生监测总合格率分别为76.44%,82.91%,84.79%,88.18%,88.39%呈逐年上升的趋势(χ2=117.04,P<0.01),其中鲜湿米粉的总体卫生质量自2006年以来有了显著的提高。熟肉类制品合格率为62.71%,腌制类食品合格率为81.61%。结论南宁市地域食品在加工保存、销售及食用等过程中仍存在着一些安全隐患。需进一步加强监督监测力度,制定综合的监测措施和评价标准,以保障南宁市地域食品的卫生安全。
Objective To grasp the status quo of food hygiene in Nanning with geographical features and provide scientific basis for food safety. Methods The monitoring data of food in Nanning City from 2004 to 2008 were statistically analyzed and descriptively analyzed. Results From 2004 to 2008, the overall qualified rate of sanitary monitoring of food in Nanning was 76.44%, 82.91%, 84.79%, 88.18% and 88.39%, respectively (χ2 = 117.04, P <0.01) The overall health quality has risen significantly since 2006. The passing rate of cooked meat products was 62.71%, the qualified rate of pickled foods was 81.61%. Conclusion Nanning food in the processing, preservation, sale and consumption of the process there are still some hidden dangers. It is necessary to further strengthen supervision and monitoring efforts and formulate comprehensive monitoring measures and evaluation standards to ensure the health and safety of food in Nanning.
