物资管理作为建筑工程中的重要工作内容,同时也是影响成本控制效果的关键环节,应受到企业与工作人员的重视。特别是在市场竞争形势愈加激烈的今天,企业应明确认识到加强物资管理与成本控制是提高自己市场竞争能力的必要步骤,是推动企业发展的重要前提。本文就将针对工程项目物资管理和成本控制工作的必要之处进行分析,并结合当前实际工作中存在的问题,提出一些改进优化措施。
Material management as an important part of the construction work, but also affect the cost control of the key links, should be the enterprises and staff attention.
