从面向对象角度将炼化装置模型分为面向计划的装置模型和面向操作的装置模型两大类,并对两类模型的特点进行了探讨;提出了建立面向计划装置模型比较合适的方法是回归分析方法;以某丙烯腈装置为例,建立了一组面向计划的丙烯腈装置模型,并对模型的应用进行了分析。结果表明:模型的建立对于装置的计划优化有重要的现实意义。
From the perspective of object-oriented, the refining and petrochemical plant models are divided into two major categories: planning-oriented and operation-oriented plant models, and the characteristics of the two types of models are discussed. It is proposed that a more appropriate method for establishing the planning-oriented plant model is regression Analytical method; Taking a certain acrylonitrile plant as an example, a set of plan-oriented acrylonitrile plant model was established and the application of the model was analyzed. The results show that the establishment of the model has important practical significance for the planning and optimization of the device.
