对草酸盐共沉淀法制取锰锌铁氧体软磁材料粉末的FeSO4ZnSO4MnSO4(NH4)2C2O4H2O体系进行热力学分析,得出最佳pH为40~82,热力学计算与试验吻合。草酸盐共沉淀粉末煅烧后平均粒径220μm,烧结温度比普通干法制粉低40℃左右,制得的温敏锰锌铁氧体材料起始磁导率达4550左右,温度灵敏度≤15℃,并在磁性温敏传感器中应用效果良好
