From November 21st to 27th, 1983 in Guangzhou, the Ministry of Railways Infrastructure Construction Bureau presided over the “Code for the Design of Railway Housing Construction and HVAC Design”, which included 24 units and 47 delegates. The meeting divided the civil engineering and HVAC professional groups to review the drafts submitted for specification. Delegates set out from the national conditions and national strengths of our country and concern the content related to standards and quotas, such as the area indicators of passenger stations, relevant area indicators in residential and public welfare housing, and HVAC.
