本文报告６０人（１０２眼）糖尿病性视网膜病变氩离子激光作全视网膜光凝的结果。并将增殖前期与增殖期病变的治疗效果进行比较。对激光点数与疗效关系，全视网膜光凝之适应症及光凝后的随访问题进行了讨论。
This article reports the results of a total retinal photocoagulation of 60 (102 eyes) diabetic retinopathy with argon-ion laser. The pre-proliferative and proliferative lesions were compared. The relationship between the number of laser points and curative effect, the indications of panretinal photocoagulation and the follow-up after photocoagulation were discussed.
