当前,电视媒体与新媒体的融合已成为既定的趋势,电视媒体行业开始进入新一轮的行业结构性调整。人事是电视媒体组织的核心,如果在结构性调整过程中人事改革不能很好地进行,那行业就不可能取得根本性的进展。因此,电视行业人才队伍的改革方向要符合当前全媒体背景下行业新环境、新理念、新思维、新技术等的要求,设计出符合新规律、新要求的人事改革方案。一、全媒体背景下电视媒体人事改革的新挑战1.“全媒体”概念的诞生为电视媒体发展构建新环境
