通过恒低温和昼夜变温以及不同诱导始期诱导松毛虫赤眼蜂滞育观察证明,人工可以成功地利用恒低温诱导松毛虫赤眼蜂滞育.赤眼蜂滞育虫态为予蛹.松毛虫赤眼蜂滞育适宜温度为10~13℃.引起赤眼蜂滞育是卵至于蛹期连续诱导效应,其中予蛹前期为滞育敏感期.滞育适宜诱导始期为卵期,滞育诱导历或为30~40d,引起赤眼蜂的滞育率为65.8%~86.1%以上.昼夜温度的变化对诱导松毛虫赤眼蜂滞育无明显促进作用,其诱导滞育率与恒温诱导无明显差异.利用恒低温诱导赤眼蜂滞育方法简单,是人工诱导赤眼蜂滞育的好方法。
The observation of diapause of Trichogramma dendrolimi induced by constant low temperature and diurnal temperature and different initial induction period showed that diapause-induced diapause of Trichogramma could be successfully induced by artificial hypothermia. The changes of diurnal temperature had no obvious effect on inducing diapause of Trichogramma dendrolimi, and no significant difference was found between the diapause rate and temperature induction. The use of constant temperature induced Trichogramma diapause method is simple, is a good way to artificially induced Trichogramma diapause.
