目的掌握云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州(红河州)13个县(市)的登革热传播媒介伊蚊种类及其分布情况,为防控伊蚊传播疾病提供科学依据。方法 2016年7-8月在红河州居民区和特殊场所采用房屋指数(HI)、容器指数(CI)和布雷图指数(BI)调查媒介伊蚊幼蚊密度。结果红河州仅发现白纹伊蚊;居民区HI为0.04,CI为0.02,BI为4.15;BI最高为开远市(20.80),其次为红河县(16.40)。特殊场所HI为0,CI为0.04,BI为0.25;BI最高为红河县(7.81),其次为元阳市(5.56)。伊蚊幼虫孳生容器主要为废旧轮胎和水桶,分别占阳性积水容器的46.88%和28.82%。结论红河州13个县(市)除绿春和泸西县外,其余11个县(市)均有白纹伊蚊分布,开远、红河、河口和弥勒县(市)蚊幼虫密度相对较高,应引起相关部门重视,防止因输入性登革热病例引起本地传播。
Objective To understand the species and distribution of dengue vector mosquitoes in 13 counties in Honghe, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of the spread of Aedes mosquitoes. Methods From July to August in 2016, the residential mosquito index (HI), container index (CI) and Brett index (BI) were used to investigate the density of mosquito larvae in the residential areas and special places of Honghe Prefecture. Results Only the Aedes albopictus was found in Honghe prefecture. The residential area HI was 0.04, the CI was 0.02 and the BI was 4.15. The highest BI was Kaiyuan (20.80), followed by Honghe (16.40). Special places HI was 0, CI was 0.04, BI was 0.25; BI was the highest in Honghe County (7.81), followed by Yuanyang City (5.56). Aedes mosquito larvae containers mainly waste tires and buckets, accounting for 46.88% and 28.82% of the positive water container. Conclusion The distribution of Aedes albopictus in 13 counties (cities) of Honghe Prefecture except Luchun County and Luxi County is relative to that of other mosquitoes in Kaiyuan, Honghe, Hekou and Maitreya counties High, should cause the relevant departments to pay attention to prevent imported dengue cases caused by local spread.
