新一轮课程改革强调,教师要在关注学生知识与技能的同时,多关注学生的情感、态度、价值观的形成过程。可见,“育人”比“教书”更重要。面对6—12岁的小学生,“育人”得采用言教还是身教呢?联想北师大的校训:学为人师,行为世范。显然,教师的身教比言教来得直观,教师的德行直接影响着孩子的成长过程,乃至一生。因此,教师必须以良好的形象展现于学生面前,以实际行动彰显自身的人格魅力,不断熏陶、引领学生,从而达到培养“生命”、润泽“生命”的目的。
