伴随着社会和文化环境的巨大变革和不断演变,作为知识传播机构的图书馆也应做出相应的变革,以适应这一客观形势。众所周知,现代图书馆早已不再是单纯储存各类信息的“盒子”。如果要定义一个图书馆是否具备“可持续发展”的潜力,那么它应对社会变化的“适应度”、功能和应用的重新配置和再评估已经成为决定性的判定因素。为了确保图书馆实现真正的可持续发展,这一设计方案将图书馆的灵活性、多功能、以及适应各类社会活动的开放性——展现出来。
With great changes and evolvement of the social and cultural environment, libraries as knowledge transmission agencies should also make corresponding changes to adapt to this objective situation. As we all know, the modern library is no longer simply storing all kinds of information “box ”. If you want to define whether a library has the potential of “sustainable development,” its “adaptability” to social change, reconfiguration of functions and applications, and reassessment have become the decisive determinants. To ensure a truly sustainable library development, this design program shows the library’s flexibility, versatility, and openness to adapt to all types of social activities.
