本期本栏尝试了一种新的形式,即案例讨论。正方与反方探讨了有关职业经理人制度的一些问题,双方的观点都能言之成理。此外,台湾管理大师石滋宜博士的《经理人的情绪与健康》谈论了通过情绪调节促进事业成功的问题。《你真的是老板吗?》探讨了经理人辅导下属之道。《会自夸方为好经理》一文则打破了中国文化惯常的思维定式,令人重新思考夸耀自身成就的意义。所有选登的文章还是力求突出本栏的宗旨:各抒己见,启发心智,探求新知。
This issue of this column has tried a new form, the case discussion. On the other hand, both parties discussed some issues concerning the system of professional managers, and both sides can make the right arguments. In addition, “Manager's Emotions and Health”, a Taiwanese management guru, Dr. Shi Ziyi talked about the issue of promoting business success through emotional regulation. “Are you really a boss?” It explores the ways in which managers mentor subordinates. The article “Will boast square as a good manager” breaks the stereotyped thinking of Chinese culture and makes people rethink the meaning of showing off their achievements. All selected articles or strive to highlight the purpose of this column: to express their views, inspire the mind, to explore new knowledge.
