针对煤矿压风机管网压力不稳定且控制方法落后的问题,设计了一套基于模糊神经网络控制和PLC的压风机变频调速恒压系统,并给出了系统的硬件结构和设计方法。通过模糊控制和神经网络的结合,实现了管网压力闭环自适应的控制,系统运行稳定,具有较强的鲁棒性。
Aiming at the problem that the pressure of coal mine pressure pipe is unstable and the control method is backward, a set of VFD constant pressure system based on fuzzy neural network control and PLC is designed. The system hardware structure and design method are also given. Through the combination of fuzzy control and neural network, closed-loop adaptive control of pressure in the pipe network is realized. The system runs stably with strong robustness.
