一九八○年,我国成立了专利局,起草了专利法,并将于一九八五年四月一日公布执行。目前,省市各级专利机构也正在建全之中,设置在武汉市科委之下的武汉专利局业已成立。然而在我国,对于“专利”这一概念,人们却还比较陌生。随着形势的发展,专利制度将很快进入我们的经济生活领域,并将必然引起人们的极大关注。作为一个科技工作者,当然大有了解和研究它的必要。本文根据所掌握的一些国内外有关资料,就专利的一些基本知识作一点肤浅的介绍。
In 1980, China established the Patent Office and drafted the Patent Law, which will be announced on April 1, 1985. At present, provincial and municipal patent agencies at all levels are also under construction. The Wuhan Patent Office set up under the Wuhan Science and Technology Commission has already been established. However, in China, people are still relatively unfamiliar with the concept of “patent”. With the development of the situation, the patent system will soon enter our economic life and will inevitably cause great concern. As a science and technology worker, of course, there is a great need to understand and study it. Based on some domestic and foreign relevant data, this article gives a brief introduction to some basic knowledge of patents.
