Objective To investigate whether parametric measurements of cerebral volume (CBV), peak (PH) and signal intensity recovery percentage (PSR) in T2 weighted dynamic magnetic resonance weighted magnetic resonance (DSC MR) imaging can be used to identify glioblastoma recurrence and Radiation necrosis after external irradiation therapy (EBRT). Materials and Methods This retrospective study followed HIPAA and was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee. 57 cases were diagnosed as glioblastoma multiforme
