目的:研究粗叶悬钩子石油醚部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱技术对粗叶悬钩子根和茎的石油醚部位化学成分进行分离纯化,运用波谱分析技术分离鉴定化合物结构。结果:从粗叶悬钩子根和茎中分离得到了9个化合物,分别鉴定为:大黄酚(1)、大黄素甲醚(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、3-oxotirucalla-7,24-dien-21-oic acid(4)、杨梅二醇(5)、19-α-羟基-3-乙酰乌索酸(6)、N-benzoylphenylalaninyl-N-benzoylphenylalaninate(7)、橙酰胺乙酸酯(8)、蔷薇酸(9)。结论:其中,化合物1、4~8为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4~8为首次从该属植物中分离得到,罕见地从该属植物中分离到一个四环三萜类化合物(化合物4)和两个苯丙胺类生物碱(化合物7、8)。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the petroleum ether part of Rubus. Methods: The chemical constituents in the petroleum ether of roots and stems of Rubus rapa were separated and identified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of compounds were isolated and identified by spectral analysis. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from roots and stems of Rubus rapae and identified as chrysophanol (1), physcion (2), β-sitosterol (3), 3-oxotirucalla- 24-dien-21-oic acid (4), bayberry diol (5), 19- alpha -hydroxy-3- acetyloxypro acid (6), N-benzoylphenylalaninyl-N-benzoylphenylalaninate Ester (8), Rose (9). CONCLUSION: Among them, compounds 1, 4 ~ 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 4 ~ 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time. A tetracyclic triterpene compound was isolated from this genus Compound 4) and two amphetamine alkaloids (compounds 7,8).
