神经性厌食和神经性暴食,均为一种进食障碍,指在心理因素影响下,食欲改变而产生的一系列变化。前者食欲极度缺乏及明显消瘦;后者短时间内摄入大量食物,尔后又通过自我引吐、限制饮食等方式力图减轻体重,而使体重起伏不定。在疾病发展过程中,约有半数的神经性厌食病人发展为暴食,某些暴食者偶然会发展为厌食。
Anorexia nervosa and neurotism, are a kind of eating disorder, refers to the psychological factors, changes in appetite and a series of changes. The former lack of appetite and significant weight loss; the latter a large number of food intake within a short time, and later through self-introduction, diet restrictions and other ways to reduce weight, leaving the body weight fluctuations. About half of patients with anorexia nervosa develop into binge eating during the development of the disease, and some gluttons occasionally develop anorexia.
