网络环境下遇到的安全问题多种多样,但最为常见的是地址冲突或地址盗用问题。Internet 使用的是基于 TCP/IP 的协议,就IP地址来说,根据协议要求,在一个局域网内部或外部必须保证每一个4段8位二进制数所合成的地址是惟一的。然而在我们通常使用的 Windows 95/98中,由于其网络设置是对用户开放的,当网络环境中的机器甲处于关机状态时,机器乙就可以使用机器甲的IP地址登录,并进行各种Internet访问。由于这种现象的出现,常会引起用户间的争执,也给网管人员增添许多麻烦。因此人们希望能够得到一种解决地址冲突的方法。
