目的:为了延缓和克服抗性的发生和发展,更好地选用卫生杀虫剂,控制卫生害虫,测定抗溴氰菊酯淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂混用的敏感性。方法:采用幼虫浸液法,以Finney机率分析软件计算LC_(50)结果:对溴氰菊酯+辛硫磷,溴氰菊酯+DDT,溴氰菊酯+PB+二氧威,二氯+马拉硫磷,二氯+巴沙+胺菊酯,二氯+PB+DDT,氯氰+丙体六六六,氯氰+残杀威,氯氰+PB+敌百虫,苄呋菊酯+辛硫磷+DDVP,苄呋菊酯+残杀威和苄呋菊酯+PB+丙体六六六的抗性系数分别为4.1125,6.3457,3.7274,11.2170,9.9935,16.1454,9.2030,7.7504,4.4743,3.9096,4.8611,6.5618。结论:当淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯产生抗性后,拟除虫菊酯与有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类进行混用能取得较好的防治效果。
OBJECTIVE: In order to delay and overcome the occurrence and development of resistance, better selection of sanitation insecticides and control of sanitation pests, and the sensitivity of Culex pipiens pallens against common insecticides were determined. Methods: The results of LC 50 were calculated by Finney probability analysis software using larvae immersion method. The results were as follows: deltamethrin + phoxim, deltamethrin + DDT, deltamethrin + PB + Malathion, Dichloro + Basa + Tetramethrin, Dichloro + PB + DDT, Cyanuric chloride + Acrylic BHC, Cyanide + Propoxur, Cyanide + PB + Trichlorfon, Resmethrin + The resistance coefficients of phoxim + DDVP, resmethrin + propoxur and resmethrin + PB + C66 were 4.1125, 6.3457, 3.7274, 11.2170, 9.9935, 16.1454, 9.2030, 7.7504, 4.74743, 3.9096 , 4.8611,6.5618. Conclusion: When Culex pipiens pallens resistance to deltamethrin, pyrethroids and organic phosphorus or carbamates can be mixed to achieve better control effect.
