针对工业中广泛使用的沸腾换热结构提出了利用实验测定非等温面沸腾换热关系的两种实验分析方法。一种是测定换热边界上的温度分布,通过求解温度场的边值问题,确定其换热关系。另一种是,如果实际换热单元较细长而对称,则测定对称轴线上或换热侧面上的温度分布,即可得到温度场和换热关系。文中利用第二种方法分析了现有的实验结果,确立了非等温表面沸腾换热关系,发现该换热关系曲线与“拔山”曲线有着重要差别,文中还就这种差别进行了讨论。
Aiming at the boiling heat transfer structure which is widely used in industry, two experimental analytical methods for the determination of the non-isothermal boiling surface heat transfer are proposed. One is to measure the temperature distribution on the heat transfer boundary, and the heat transfer relationship is determined by solving the boundary value problem of the temperature field. The other is that if the actual heat exchange unit slender and symmetrical, then determine the symmetry axis or the heat transfer side of the temperature distribution, you can get the temperature field and heat transfer relationship. In this paper, we analyze the existing experimental results by using the second method and establish the non-isothermal surface boiling heat transfer relationship. It is found that there is an important difference between the heat transfer curve and the “pull-up” curve. The difference is also discussed in this paper.
