目的探析辅助生殖技术致妊娠的早期流产患者绒毛染色体异常情况。方法 400例孕早期流产患者,其中320例自然妊娠孕早期自然流产患者作为对照组,80例因辅助生殖技术致妊娠的孕早期自然流产患者作为观察组。对两组患者的绒毛细胞进行分离、染色体分析,观察两组的对比结果。结果观察组患者中<40岁的患者染色体正常例数为41例,≥40岁的患者染色体正常例数为4例,共45例,染色体正常例数为35例;对照组患者中<40岁的患者染色体正常例数为181例,≥40岁的患者染色体正常例数为11例,共192例,染色体正常例数为128例;两组患者在不同年龄段(以40岁为界)染色体异常率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辅助生殖技术致妊娠早期流产与自然流产的发生率无明显差异,但绒毛细胞染色体异常与育龄妇女的年龄有明显的关系,年纪≥40岁的患者采用辅助生殖技术妊娠更容易导致妊娠早期流产。
Objective To investigate chromosomal abnormalities of chorion in patients with early abortion due to assisted reproductive technology. Methods A total of 400 spontaneous abortion patients in the first trimester were enrolled. Among them, 320 spontaneous abortion patients in the first trimester of pregnancy were used as the control group. Eighty pregnant women with spontaneous abortion due to assisted reproductive technology were selected as the observation group. Villus cells of both groups were isolated, analyzed by chromosome, and the results of the two groups were observed. Pregnancy with assisted reproductive technology is more likely to lead to abortion in early gestation .
