为了解决德国洛伊HUGF220-520HPH罩式退火炉在运行过程中氢气消耗量大的问题,在保证产品质量和设备稳定运行的前提下,采用新工艺,优化退火吹氢流量、控制设备的紧急吹扫次数、提高装炉量等措施,减少氢气使用量。使吨钢氢气消耗由5.23m3/t降到4.33m3/t,节约成本377万元,达到降低退火机组工序成本和节约氢气能源消耗的目的,采用的措施和技术可以推广到应用相同设备的退火机组。
