世界经济逐渐趋于一体化,其主要形式就是两个或以上的国家联合起来组成关税同盟,其目的主要是为了实施统一的对外政策,扩大和提高双边贸易效益。本文主要介绍俄白哈海关联盟的法律框架和相关协议条约,重点阐述其技术法规及合格评定模式。通过对阀门类产品CU-TR认证制度的简单介绍,有助于阀门出口企业了解和掌握该贸易技术壁垒相关的内容和要求,并研究相应的应对措施,力助中国制造产品顺利出口至俄罗斯、白俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦市场。
The world economy is gradually becoming more and more integrated. Its main form is the formation of a customs union by two or more countries. Its purpose is mainly to implement a unified foreign policy and to expand and enhance the effectiveness of bilateral trade. This article mainly introduces the legal framework and related agreement treaties of Russia-Belarus Haha Customs Union, and focuses on its technical regulations and conformity assessment models. Through the introduction of the valve CU-TR certification system will help valve export enterprises to understand and grasp the technical content of trade barriers and requirements, and study the appropriate response measures to help the smooth export of Chinese products to Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan markets.
