本文总结20例单纯室间膈缺损患儿非损伤性检查术前诊断的资料,20例均经手术证明,全部符合术前诊断。20例中包括肺动脉瓣下1例、室上嵴上3例、膈瓣后2例、膜部14例,无肌部缺损。文内详细论述缺损部位、缺损大小与临床表现的关系,认为临床表现与缺损大小关系密切。并评价X线、心电图与超声检查对诊断的意义,提出非侵入性术前诊断的要点与注意事项。
This article summarizes the 20 cases of non-invasive ventricular septal defect in children with preoperative diagnostic information, 20 cases were proven by surgery, all in line with the preoperative diagnosis. Among the 20 cases, there were 1 case under the pulmonary valve, 3 cases above the supraspinatus, 2 cases after the diaphragm, 14 cases with membranous parts without muscular defect. Discussed in detail the defect site, the size of the defect and the relationship between clinical manifestations that the clinical manifestations and the size of the defect is closely related. And evaluate the significance of X-ray, electrocardiogram and ultrasonography in diagnosis, put forward the points and precautions of non-invasive preoperative diagnosis.
