将被捻制的钢丝或绳股,在捻制绳股和钢丝绳过程中,采取热处理方法或予先加工变形方法,消除钢丝内部的弹性应力和残余应力,形成不松散状态称为不松散钢丝绳。这种钢丝绳在任何条件下,钢丝或绳股(不捆札的钢丝绳端部)不会松散。消除钢丝内残余应力和捻制钢丝绳过程中的弹性应力的方法很多,其中以热处理方法和予先变形方法最为广泛。制造钢丝点接触和线接触绳股以及异型绳股的钢丝绳,采用予先变形方法,已被广泛应用,效果显著。本文仅就生产不松散钢丝绳的工艺参数及其理论计算和实际经验,做一概括的叙述。由于我们的生产经验不多,技术水平所限,一定有不当之处,请大家批评指正。
