研究了超临界状态下航空煤油RP-3在U型管内的压降特性,分析了温度和压力对于流动压降的影响规律.实验结果表明:当煤油的出口温度低于临界温度时,压降随压力的增大而增大,随温度的升高变化很小;当煤油的出口温度大于临界温度时,压降随压力的升高而减小,随温度的升高而增大.在拟临界点附近,压降随温度的变化斜率突然增大.另外,基于实验结果,提出了一种用压力和温度修正的摩擦阻力系数关联式,用于预测超临界压力状态下煤油在U型管中的平均摩擦压降.
The pressure drop characteristics of aviation kerosene RP-3 in U-tube under supercritical conditions were studied and the influence of temperature and pressure on the pressure drop was analyzed.The experimental results show that when the outlet temperature of kerosene is lower than the critical temperature, the pressure drop The pressure drop increases with increasing pressure and changes little with the increase of temperature.
