随着经济社会的发展,交通工作的不断改革,新时期交通干部要充分发挥思想政治工作在深化理念、统一思想、协调关系、化解矛盾、维护社会稳定等方面的作用。不断加强政治干部的信心和凝聚力量,为推动交通运输事业科学发展提供精神动力和思想保证。作为一名基层交通系统的政工人员,结合自身工作实际,就如何加强和改进交通干部的思想政治工作,谈几点粗浅想法。
With economic and social development and constant reform of transportation work, traffic officers and cadres in the new era should give full play to their role in deepening their ideas, unifying their thinking, coordinating their relations, settling conflicts and safeguarding social stability. Constantly strengthen the confidence and cohesion of political cadres and provide spiritual motivation and ideological assurance for the scientific development of transportation and transport. As a grass-roots transport system of political workers, combined with their own practical work on how to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of transport cadres, talk a few superficial ideas.
