建立苦荞麦制品中痕量铅、镉含量的测定方法。采用浓硝酸和过氧化氢混合液对样品进行微波消解,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅、镉的含量。结果表明,苦荞麦制品中铅、镉重金属含量均小于0.2mg/kg,该方法的加标回收率为94.4%~108.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.5%~5.6%,准确度和精密度良好。该法用微波溶样,石墨炉原子光谱法测定铅和镉,具有节省试剂、少污染、灵敏准确度高、重复性好的特点,可为苦荞麦制品质量控制提供方法参考。
To establish a method for determination of trace amounts of lead and cadmium in tartary buckwheat products. The samples were subjected to microwave digestion using a mixture of concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The contents of lead and cadmium were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the contents of Pb and Cd in tartary buckwheat products were less than 0.2mg / kg, the recoveries were 94.4% -108.5% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 4.5% ~ 5.6%. The accuracy and precision Degree is good. The method uses microwave sample-dissolving and graphite furnace atomic spectrometry to determine lead and cadmium, has the advantages of saving reagent, less pollution, high sensitive accuracy and good repeatability, and can provide reference for quality control of buckwheat products.
