校本培训是以学校教育教学中存在的问题和学校的预定目标及发展规划为着眼点,目的在于满足校内教师专业发展需求的,在教育专家指导下由学校安排的各种实际培训活动。其作用是通过培训使教师获得主动学习和不断自我发展的动机和能力,促进学校教师的专业发展。校本培训过程中教师要建立新的课程价值观,树立创新意识,充分发挥主动性,创造性。校本培训过程中教师要有严谨的科研意识,校本培训过程中教师要在思考与写作中享受成长。
School-based training is based on the existing problems in school education and teaching, as well as the planned goals and development plans of the school. The purpose of this school-based training is to meet various practical training activities arranged by the school under the guidance of experts under the guidance of teachers’ professional development.
