本文依据农业循环经济理念选取了资源减量投入、环境安全质量、经济与社会发展水平、资源循环利用4个方面共14个指标构建了农业循环经济评价体系,通过粗糙集理论指出了对威县农牧结合循环经济发展影响较为重要的指标,据此进一步对威县农牧结合循环经济发展进行了综合评价。结果表明:单位面积农业增加值是衡量农业循环经济发展潜力和发展动力的重要指标,石家庄的农业循环经济发展最好,张家口农业循环经济的发展与其他地市差距较大。
Based on the idea of agricultural recycling economy, this paper selects 14 indicators of 14 indicators, including resource reduction investment, environmental safety and quality, economic and social development, and resource recycling, to construct an agricultural recycling economy evaluation system. By rough set theory, With the development of circular economy, agriculture and animal husbandry combined with the more important indicators of the development of circular economy, thus further combination of agriculture and animal husbandry in Weixian circular economy development were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that the added value of agriculture per unit area is an important index to measure the development potential and development power of agricultural circular economy. Shijiazhuang has the best development of agricultural circular economy and the development of agricultural circular economy in Zhangjiakou has a big gap with other cities.
