笔者基于2010年中国综合社会调查数据,采用倾向值匹配的方法,通过干预组的平均干预效应估计、平衡性检验和敏感性分析对工会工资溢价进行实证研究。实证结果显示:工会会员和非工会会员之间的工资差距在没有进行倾向值匹配之前比较大,而在采用倾向值匹配估计后,工会会员和非工会会员的工资差距变得不明显。最终结论为工会身份这个干预变量对工资溢价的影响不明显,工资溢价主要是由工人的资源禀赋差异造成的。
Based on the 2010 China Comprehensive Social Survey data, the author uses the propensity score matching method to make an empirical study on the wage premium of trade unions through the intervention group's average intervention effect estimate, the balance test and the sensitivity analysis. Empirical results show that the wage gap between union members and non-union members is relatively large before the propensity score matches, and the wage gap between union members and non-union members becomes insignificant when the propensity score is used to match the estimates. The final conclusion is that the intervention variable has no obvious effect on the wage premium. The wage premium is mainly caused by the differences in the endowments of workers.
