报纸最基本的采编业务流程模式有两个:一是采编合一模式,另一个是采编分开模式。前者的优点是采编有机联系,沟通效率高,缺点是缺少全局整合、缺少监督;后者的优点是分工更加专业化,采编互相制约,缺点是割裂了采编之间的有机联系。选择采编业务流程首先要认清不同模式的优劣,然后要搞清楚发挥各模式优势的前提条件和内部环境。采编业务流程设计的基本原则应当是在沟通效率高的层面上选择分开,在沟通障碍大的层面上选择合一。如果在主要层次上全面实现采编分开,则要注意线索采集、采访任务分配、稿件处理、白班与夜班的沟通等问题。编采流程是与其它环节相联系的,是动态的,需要随着环境的变化做反复的校正和调整。
There are two basic mode of newspaper business process: one is to compile and compose one model, the other is to compile and edit separately.
