目的探讨烟草烟雾对雄性大鼠睾丸损伤及血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1的影响。方法 5周龄SPF级雄性SD大鼠80只,随机分为对照组和染毒组。染毒组采用呼吸道静式染毒,1次/d,每次2 h,于染毒后第2、4、6和8周分别处死染毒组与对照组大鼠各10只。观察大鼠睾丸组织结构,测定血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1水平。结果随染毒时间延长,染毒组大鼠睾丸重量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。染毒组大鼠睾丸病理切片观察到不同程度损伤。结论烟草烟雾可导致雄性大鼠睾丸组织损伤,血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1水平下降。
Objective To investigate the effects of tobacco smoke on testicular injury and serum insulin-like growth factor-1 in male rats. Methods Eighty SPF male SD rats of 5 weeks old were randomly divided into control group and exposure group. The rats in the exposure group were exposed to the static airway once a day for 2 hours, and 10 rats in the exposure group and the control group were sacrificed at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks after the exposure. The structure of testis in rats was observed and the level of insulin-like growth factor-1 in serum was measured. Results With the prolongation of exposure time, the weight of testis in the exposed group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The serum insulin - like growth factor - 1 level was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The rats in test group showed different degrees of damage in pathological sections. Conclusion Tobacco smoke can cause the injury of testicular tissue in male rats, and decrease the level of insulin-like growth factor-1 in serum.
