对11例17只眼中间葡萄膜炎经视网膜电流图(electroretinogram,ERG)检查,并与正常对照ERG各相应值行配对t检查,发现本病暗适应蓝光b波振幅降低,与正常相应值比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。有黄斑囊样水肿组ERG提示锥杆光感受器、双极细胞及其附近细胞受累,视网膜循环有障碍。无黄斑囊样水肿视力≥1.0组视网膜功能接近正常,或有轻微受累。利用直线回归方程及相关系数检验,提示暗适应白光α_2与b_2波是成比例的受累,暗适应蓝光b波及红光b波也是成比例的受累,本组ERG结果支持本病基本病理改变为视网膜血管炎。
Eleven patients (17 eyes) with middle uveitis were examined by electroretinogram (ERG) and paired with the corresponding values of normal control ERG. The results showed that the amplitude of Blu-ray b wave was diminished by dark adaptation, and compared with normal corresponding value There is a very significant difference (P <0.01). ERG with cystoid macular edema prompted cone photoreceptors, bipolar cells and nearby cells involved, retinal circulation disorders. No macular cyst edema visual acuity ≥ 1.0 group of retinal function close to normal, or slightly affected. Using linear regression equation and correlation coefficient test, suggesting that dark adaptation of white light α_2 and b_2 waves are proportional to the involvement of dark adaptation of blue light b wave and red light wave b is also a proportional involvement of this group of ERG results support the basic pathological changes of the disease for the retina Vasculitis.
