Autumn in October, Osmanthus fragrance. On October 28, the 6th National Minority Traditional Sports Meeting in Hubei Province was held ceremoniously in Hubei Institute for Nationalities. The athletes from 25 delegations from 50 ethnic minorities across the province participated in the National Games. Hu Mao-cheng, deputy director of the organizing committee and party secretary of Hubei Institute for Nationalities, expressed his sincere welcome and good wishes to all the leaders, guests, members of the delegation and friends from various circles. Su Xiaoxun, member of the Provincial Party Committee and the United Front Work Department, wrote a letter of congratulation to Jiang Daguo, director of the organizing committee and deputy governor, at the opening ceremony. Hu Xianhua, deputy director of Provincial Committee presided over the opening ceremony. Guo Daxiao, deputy director of the organizing committee and deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the provincial party committee, delivered an opening speech. He said that the convening of this Games is a major event for the cause of national unity and progress throughout the province and a happy event in the political and cultural life of 2.82 million ethnic minorities throughout the province.
