企业的发展一直紧随着时代的潮流,不断进行革新和发展,在此过程中,也要根据时代的需要进行革新,适应现代化潮流的多种发展理念对企业的发展也起到了比较积极地影响。许多中小型企业也开始应用丰富的计算机技术和网络信息技术。但是在使用计算机网络信息技术对企业进行革新,也开始出现了一系列的连带性问题。笔者试图对企业人力资源管理信息化进行简单概述,再研究其创新建设的主要道路,来提高企业人力资源管理信息化创新建设的总体水平。
The development of enterprises has been closely following the trend of the times and constantly carrying out the reform and development. In the process, we must also make innovations according to the needs of the times and the various development concepts that adapt to the trend of modernization have also had a positive impact on the development of enterprises . Many small and medium-sized enterprises are also beginning to apply rich computer technology and network information technology. However, in the use of computer network information technology to enterprise innovation, also began to appear a series of associated issues. The author tries to give a brief overview of the informationization of human resources management in enterprises and then study the main roads of its innovation construction so as to improve the overall level of innovation construction of human resources management informationization in enterprises.
