本文采用五种早强剂与聚羧酸减水剂复配改性,旨在研究改性后的聚羧酸减水剂对水泥净浆流动度、凝结时间以及强度的影响。研究表明,早强剂复配改性后的聚羧酸减水剂,降低了水泥流动度保持能力,不同程度的改变了水泥的凝结时间,除硫酸钠外,均不同程度地提高了水泥试块强度。其中,三乙醇胺复配改性后的聚羧酸减水剂,与高浓萘系相比在早期水泥试块强度、水泥分散性等方面有优势。
In this paper, five kinds of early strength agent and polycarboxylate superplasticizer compound modified to study the modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer cement paste flow, setting time and strength. The research shows that the early strength agent compound with modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer reduces the fluidity retention capacity of cement, changes the cement setting time to varying degrees, except for sodium sulfate, improves the cement test in varying degrees Block strength. Among them, triethanolamine complex modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer, compared with the high concentration of naphthalene in the early strength of the cement block, cement dispersion advantages.
