运用有限元技术对钢包旋转塔臂架的应力状态进行了分析计算 ,结果表明 :臂架立臂的工艺孔边存在严重的应力集中现象 ,局部区域的应力水平甚至超过了屈服极限 ;直叉根部内侧上盖板的应力超过了材料的许用应力。计算结果与现场实测相符 ,据此提出的改进措施收到了良好的成效
The finite element method is used to analyze and calculate the stress state of the ladle rotating tower boom. The results show that there are serious stress concentration in the edge of the ladle boom, and the stress level in the local area even exceeds the yield limit. The stress on the inside upper cover exceeds the allowable stress of the material. The calculated results are consistent with the field measurements, and the improvements proposed accordingly have received good results
