本品为新合成的中枢降压药,又叫110降压片。其降压作用快,对多数高血压症有效,治疗原发性高血压疗效较好。本品副作用主要有口干、嗜睡、乏力、头晕,但停药后很快消失。对肝、肾功能影响较小。本品口服常用量每次0.075毫克(即1片),每日2～3次,最好与利尿药如双氢克尿噻合用。
This product is the newly synthesized central antihypertensive drugs, also known as 110 antihypertensive tablets. Its antihypertensive effect is fast, effective for most cases of hypertension, effective treatment of essential hypertension. Side effects of this product are mainly dry mouth, drowsiness, fatigue, dizziness, but soon disappear after stopping. Little effect on liver and kidney function. This product is commonly used in oral dosage of 0.075 mg (1), 2 to 3 times daily, the best and diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide hydrochlorothiazide use.
