Taking the practice exploration of the professional quality competition system of Changzhou Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as an example, this article analyzes the basic connotation, characteristics and elements of professional quality in higher vocational colleges comprehensively and puts forward that the system of professional quality competition improves the integration of educational resources and the contribution of personnel training And employment satisfaction with the three major results.
