水利水电规划设计管理局、黄河上游水电工程建设局、水电部对外公司委托我院执行水电部对外公司与法国电力公司/库尔瓦一贝列耶联合咨询组(以下简称咨询组)关于李家峡水电工程的技术咨询合同.1987年11月15日合同签定后,在夏季华总工程师主持下,我院即开始进行了合同中规定的技术资料准备、现场查勘及有关资料的译英等准备工作.1988年3月7日至3月17日咨询组在李家峡工程现场及西安进行了查勘及资料收集和研究工作.
Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design Bureau, the upper Yellow River Hydropower Engineering Construction Bureau, Ministry of Water Resources commissioned the implementation of our hospital Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the French Ministry of Electric Power Company / Couba-Belle III Joint Advisory Group (hereinafter referred to Advisory Group) on Lijiaxia hydropower Engineering contract of technical advice.
