本文报道了老年及青年Wistar大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图QRS波的时程、波幅及频谱特征,并分析了老龄对其时域值及频谱的影响.结果如下:(1)m青年及老年鼠QRS波时程及波幅;老年鼠与青年鼠相比,QRS波时程延长(P<0.01)而波幅减少(P<0.05);(2)青年及老年鼠QRS波频谱特征:青年鼠QRS波频谱图呈双峰型,可分为两型:大部分鼠(13/21只)第一峰大,少部分鼠(8/21只)第二峰大。老年鼠频谱图与大部分青年鼠相似,也是双峰型,第一峰大,但与青年鼠相比,≥50Hz、≥100Hz、>300Hz频率成份功率显著减少(P<0.01或P<0.05).频率能量分布向更低频率段转移,提示ECG的QRS波频谱分析对反映衰老有一定价值.
In this paper, we report the time course, amplitude and spectral characteristics of electrocardiographic QRS wave in old and young Wistar rats and analyze the effect of aging on the time-domain value and frequency spectrum. The results were as follows: (1) QRS wave duration and amplitude in young and old mice; QRS wave duration was prolonged (P <0.01) and amplitude was lower in aged mice compared with young mice (P <0.05); ( 2) Spectrum characteristics of QRS wave in young and old rats: The QRS wave spectrum of young rats was bimodal and divided into two types: the majority of rats (13/21) had the first peak large, and the other part of rats (8/21 The second peak is big. The spectrum of aged mice is similar to most young mice and is bimodal with the first peak. However, compared with young mice, the power of frequency components of ≥50Hz, ≥100Hz and> 300Hz is significantly reduced (P <0.01 or P < 0.05). The frequency energy distribution shifts to the lower frequency band, suggesting that the ECG QRS wave spectrum analysis is of some value to reflect aging.
