职业导向应该成为高职院校课程改革的价值取向。职业技术课程的设置首先应当将职业的需求放在第一位,在课程讲授的过程中教授一些职业分析的方法,使得职业分析成为职业技术课程教授内容选择的最关键的方法。在高职建筑工程技术专业课程改革中,通过对建筑行业人才需求状况和建筑工程技术专业教育现状进行的调研,确定了建筑工程技术专业人才的就业岗位,构建了模块化、综合化的主干专业课程体系,进行了主干课程教学内容的改革。
