转化后进生是班主任义不容辞的职责。每个班都有后进生,怎么对待他们呢?首先做到不厌弃他们,然后根据后进生的特点和形成原因做好转化工作。班主任应用循循善诱的良药去医治学生受创的心灵,并且从他们身上发现薄弱点、闪光点,家校合作,多鼓励,注重在爱心前提下的“问题点”教育,以点带面,促进“双困生”的成长。一个班级或多或少都会有一些双困生,如何做好这部分学生的转化工作。二十多年的班主任工作使我深切地感受到把爱洒在双困生的心灵,花费更多的精力去研究他们、关爱他们,让他们感受到生活的温暖,享受学习的乐趣,体验成功的快乐,是开启双困生心灵的一把金钥匙。
