我国露天矿爆破迫切需要价廉、安全和有效的抗水炸药。我们从1959年11月开始,进行了浆状炸药的试验研究工作。曾先后研究试制出以面粉为胶结剂的1号浆状炸药和以石蒜粉为胶结剂的2号浆状炸药,并进行了工业试验,取得了一定效果,但是威力还不高,抗水性较差。为了进一步提高浆状炸药的抗水性、爆破威力和解决起爆问题,我们又研究出一种以野生植物为主要胶结材料的3号强抗水性浆状炸药。1965年5月至12月在大冶铁矿东露天采场进行了
